Therapeutic Horticulture program uses plants and nature related activities to facilitate workshop sessions with individuals or groups for various benefits. All programmes are tailor made for the various individuals or groups: from school children, elderly, persons with dementia, and other special needs.
Studies have shown than nature-based activities helps to stimulate memory, promotes better social interactions and connection with nature, as well as encourage mindfulness
